Mange left a stray cat so covered in sores that he couldn’t see from swelling near his eyes. It was astounding that the cat had even been able to survive through such hardship.
The cat had come out of nowhere when Joe saw him eating out of a bowl Joe kept for his own cat. Joe could see how badly the cat needed love and attention.
