A Russian apartment building’s residents are used to seeing cats roaming around the property. But when one resident heard a cat making a terrible noise one day, she was worried something was wrong. Originally, she thought the cat was being attacked by a male cat. But then as she got closer, she realized that the cat was just fine. It was trying to get help.
The cat had discovered an abandoned baby boy and was alerting the neighbors to the situation. The baby was within a cardboard box that the cat normally lived in. When the neighbors found the cat, they were shocked at how it had wrapped its body around the baby for comfort.
