A team of rescuers helped a litter of abandoned kittens. But once they got them to the shelter, they realized that the runt of the litter appeared to have some additional struggles. The kitten was walking weird and they figured that meant something was terribly wrong with the kitten. Normally, this means there is some sort of disability.
They believed it was keeping the kitten from getting enough milk, making her the runt of the litter. The shelter felt terrible for this little kitten, because cats with disabilities face a much harder road to getting adopted than other cats. They weren’t ready to give up on it though.
