The police department got a call saying there was a creature in need of help. When they got there, they found a dog that was hardly recognizable as a dog. Its fur was severely matted, and it needed some serious love and attention from humans.
The dog was in such rough shape that the police officers couldn’t tell what type of dog it was. The fur was taking over its face to the point where the dog couldn’t see or open its mouth to eat.
