A woman found a cat that was on a meat farm and so malnourished that he was eating dirt to try and stay alive. The cat desperately needed some attention, but so did the dogs that the farmer was hiding from their true fate of being brutally killed for their meat.
Sadly, this practice is all too common overseas and there are many organizations that work to rescue these animals and give them homes where they will be safe. The cat’s presence on the farm only brought attention to the situation but too much animal abuse was happening there.
