One cat that came to an animal shelter had severe mange to the point of not being able to be near other animals. That’s because mange is highly contagious. One touch and the cat could spread the mange. And yet, the cat needed some assurance that everything would be all right.
And that’s where a kind woman came in. She hugged the cat and showed it that it had something to live for. She knew the isolation wasn’t good for this poor and sick cat. When she was visiting the shelter, she heard a tiny meow come from the cat’s cage and knew how much this cat needed her.
