Zeke is a kitten born with an incurable disease, making it difficult for him to be adopted. The cat had a problem where spinal fluid would build up. It caused the cat to have some abnormalities and deformities that made the cat undesirable. The disease posed no threat to the cat as far as fatality.
The shelter staff thought it might be impossible to find Zeke a forever home. But a woman with a passion for cats like this gave the cat its best chance at adoption by flying it out to another location. She was unsure of whether or not this would work for finding the cat a forever home, but she had to try.
