A team found a tiny kitten in distress stuck in the mud. It was September, but it was very cold. Even once they got the cat out of the mud, they knew the cat’s struggles were not over. They wrapped the kitten in a shirt and held him close to their heart to keep it warm as they were headed to the vet to get the kitten a check up.
The cat was almost nonresponsive when they got the cat to an animal hospital. Additionally, the poor kitten was emaciated from the ordeal. Everyone who had been there during the rescue though stayed with him until he was checked in and doing well at the hospital.
