Lynx Kitten Without A Mom Given A House Cat Mother To Provide Care

Zookeepers were worried about a baby lynx kitten that had no mother. Without the attention from a caring mother figure, the cat would likely not make it through its early days of life. In an attempt to save this kitten, zookeepers put a mother house cat in with the lynx and the result was astounding.

At first, the house cat seemed very afraid of the lynx and kept its distance. But as time passed, the cat got more comfortable and she began to love on the kitten. The cat became more and more caring toward the kitten and thankfully the kitten survived thanks to her mother house cat.
