Winter in Ontario, Canada, is quite cold and not fit for an animal to be left alone outside. One night, a couple heard scratching at the door and opened it to find a meowing cat begging for warmth and comfort.
The cat cuddled up and began to purr, showing his appreciation. He was skinny and in need of food. They fed him and gave him a home. The cat walked into their home and heart that night.
