A woman adopted two cat siblings when they were just a few months old. The kittens that she named Eli and Rosie were tuxedo kittens with black and white fur. These lucky kittens were so grateful to find an owner because without one, they wouldn’t have made it much longer on their own.
Then one day, the cats’ owner noticed small white patches on Eli’s fur. Concerned, she contacted her vet to have the kitten evaluated. She found that Eli had a condition called Vitiligo, which causes the fur and skin to become discolored.

Thankfully for Eli’s sake, the condition is only aesthetic and has no bearing on his health.
