When rescuers first stepped in to help a kitten that had been abandoned by its mother, they didn’t realize that it was actually a wild kitten in the species of fishing cats. Despite not being a housecat, this kitten would not survive without its mother’s milk and it seemed as though the cat’s mother had abandoned it.
He received care around the clock from the team to help him survive those early days of life without its mother. The cat was placed in a special incubator that would simulate some of the warmth and care the cat would receive from its mother, had the mother stayed around.
