A couple visited a shelter and found the cat that they knew needed to be a part of their family. This cat’s name was Jon Snow and was named that way because of its white coat. When they approached the shelter to adopt the cat though, they were surprised when the shelter team tried to dissuade them from adopting the cat.
The cat was sick and would be expensive to care for. Shelter staff tried to tell the couple that the cat was unadoptable because that’s how everyone else around the cat had talked about him. Instead, the couple was even more determined to take Jon Snow home.
