A mom adopted a new cat. She had no idea how her daughters would react to having a cat in the house, but they were so excited. They fell in love with the cat and started grooming and playing with him. The cat seems to love the never-ending attention, which is surprising as cats generally enjoy keeping to themselves.
They couldn’t keep their beloved pet from aging though and eventually, the cat passed away. The family’s mom said that talking to her young girls about the cat’s passing was one of the hardest things she’s ever done.
