A woman was driving down the road when she saw a cooler on the side of the road. It looked to be in good shape, so she went over to inspect it. Once there, she made a shocking discovery. Inside the cooler were nine tiny puppies.
The puppies were covered in their own urine and feces and had been left out in the heat in the unventilated cooler. The German shepherd puppies would not have made it without the attention from the woman, who got them to a rescue facility right away.
